We have many training programs, based in Rhode Island, USA; for those who are interested in starting a career in the Health and Fitness field, or in the Holistic Natural Health Care, Alternative and Complementary Practitioner Profession.
For those interested in working in a Gym, Spa, Health Club other Facility or independently, we have the following Programs. These follow the syllabus and are fully accredited by the prestigious American Muscle and Fitness and Personal Training Institute of New York, who awards the ceu's and Certifications, upon course completion and passing the tests. Crdio Kickboxing Aerobic Instructor.
Strength and Conditioning Instructor.
Gyms, Health Clubs, Spas, call for special group certification rates.
We also have longer programs of instruction with cpr. and internships, for those who require or want extended training.They are the following:
Exercise Specialist/ Wellness Consultant Certificate, of three months duration plus internship.
Advanced Fitness Professional Certificate, of nine months duration plus project and / or internship.
Holistic Natural Health Care Practitioner Diploma.
This program isan intensive program, plus mentored case studies and / or agreed Project.
Would be of interest to those wanting to enter the Natural Health Care Profession.
Information will be given to students on cpr class, internships( in RI.) and Insurance.

I attended a Town Hall meeting on the Dangers of Juvenile Alcohol Abuse at City Hall Woonsocket RI. USA, on 3-26-09. The main speaker to a capacity audience, was the Acting Surgeon General Rear Admiral Dr. Steven K.Galson, who gave a brilliant address on the Consequences of Alcohol Abuse on the Health of Young People.
I spoke to the Admiral after the conference about our work, and invited him to be a guest on my Radio Show, so in the future, you may hear an interview with the Surgeon General, on my Radio Show.
